You can activate the free trial which allows you to use PSDS for 30 days. After the free trial has expired, you are required to purchase a license key to continue using PSDS.

Each license key costs RM300 and is only usable for 1 device and valid for 1 year.

You can purchase more than one if needed. Do note that each license key costs RM300 and is only usable for 1 device and valid for 1 year.

An invoice will be generated and sent to your email upon payment. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive the license key(s) through your email.

Download & Setup Issues

Is PSDS free to use?

PSDS allows you to use the software for 30 days as a free trial. After 30 days, you will need to purchase a license key and activate it to continue using the software.

What are the system requirements for PSDS?

Operating System: Windows 10/11

Storage Space: At least 150MB

How do I install PSDS?

Extract the zip file and place it in your desired location. Follow the README.txt file included for further instructions.

Are there any prerequisites to install before running the application?

You must install Java Development Kit 17 to use the software. It is included in the zip file. Follow the instructions in the User Manual for further clarification.

Application Issues

I have received an error when running the application. What should I do?
  • “You should have a valid license to run this software.” error: Activate the Free Trial to start using the software. If the Free Trial expires, you will need to purchase a license key to continue using the software.
  • “This application requires a Java Runtime Environment” error: Run the batch file included in the zip file. If you still experience problems, follow the instructions in the User Manual.

License Key Issues

Can I use a license key for PSDS installed in a different device?

No, the license key is linked to the device where PSDS is currently installed. If you wish to use PSDS on another device, you will need to purchase another license key for each device PSDS is installed on.

My license key has expired. How do I renew it?

You must purchase another license key and activate it.

My license key does not work. How do I fix it?

You can contact us by e-mail or phone call if you have issues with the license key.
