Education Sponsorship Program

 

Elcorp Technology Sdn Bhd is an engineering solutions company which would like to offer academic Sponsorship Program to deserving students under our Education and capacity building Sponsorship Programme.

We offer sponsorship to deserving students. This sponsorship is open to Malaysian undergraduate students who are limited in resources and funding, in any Public Universities, Government Skills Training Centre, and display leadership qualities to pursue education at institutions to improve themselves in life. Elcorp welcomes new students of merit to apply for Elcorp Technology Sdn Bhd sponsorship.

Our Sponsorship Program General Requirements

  1. Orphaned who lost their father or both parents.
  2. Students whose parents are divorced, and needy.
  3. Students from low-income background, poor and unable to pay school fees, and has no any kind of financial support.
  4. Students who have received an offer letter for admission to the first year of study.
  5. Students are required to continue their studies in FULL TIME mode at the Public University, Colleges, Skills Training Institutes, and other capacity building centers.
  6. Age not exceeding 25 years at the time this application is submitted.
  7. Ongoing 1st year students must present their 1st semester examination results with good standing CGPA.
  8. Open to programs in Under Graduate Degrees, Diploma at Public University (IPTA), Government Skills Training Centre, Institute Kemahiran, all of which has job demand from the market / industry.
  9. Applicants who love and read books will be given preference.
  10. Academic qualifications for new students who are in 1st year and 1st academic semester; –
    1. Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or;
    2. Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran (STPM) or;
    3. Sijil Matriculation / Foundation Science / Pre-University under MOHE with good standing CGPA.
    4. Other acceptable qualifications.

Academic Requirement for Diploma Level

For applicants who want to further their studies to diploma level, here are the academic requirements that you need to have. If you meet those conditions you are encouraged to apply.

Acquire a minimum of 5 credits in any SPM of the subject of Bahasa Melayu, Mathematics, English, Islamic Education, History, Science, Additional Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology.

Academic Requirement for Degree Level

For applicants who want to further their studies at the degree level, here are the criteria that need to be met.

  1. STPM: Pass 2 subjects with a CGPA of 2.00 and above including “Pengajian Am” subjects.
  2. Foundation: Foundation Program Passed with minimum CGPA of 2.00.
  3. Diploma: Graduated in diploma with a minimum CGPA of 2.00.

Discipline / Field of Study

The sponsorship is only offered for the field of study listed below. This list may change over time. Therefore, applicants are required to check this info from time to time.

Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical), Actuarial Science, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, Architect, Law, Economics, Business Administration, Banking.

Benefits

  1. Student school fees will be paid by Elcorp Technology Sdn Bhd until graduation.
  2. We offer an employment contract for 5 years after graduation unless we decide to release him / her sooner if no employment is available in Elcorp Technology Sdn Bhd.
  3. Part-time work during term holiday / semester breaks at Elcorp Technology Sdn Bhd office with an allowance.
  4. Company will conduct capacity building and self-improvement courses during break.
