Occasionally pavements encounter premature failure and exhibit various distress that render the road unsafe for the travelling public. This may happen immediately upon opening, or within the defect liability period. This pose a serious dilemma to the road owner as well as the contractor responsible, who would desire to look for answers for the actual cause of this problem and possible remedies to it. ETSB specialises in this kind of work and are able to diagnose, identify and solve the problem, such that further damage to the road is prevented and repair cost over-run is avoided. Trouble shooting may involve site analysis, sampling, laboratory work and reports.
