Our works are focussed mainly in advisory in projects, including project management, contractor development via CIDB and PKK, innovative engineering techniques and finding solutions to engineering problems.

The scope of works covers ICE, value management, value-engineering, problem solving, project management and R&D. Among the major works undertaken by ETSB includes PMC for construction of houses, mosque, high rise buildings all with emphasis on technology and smart building, developing and implementing new road mixtures on Malaysian roads, solving problems at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) runway, and project management for the Double Track Electrified Train. ETSB also is an Accredited Road Safety Auditor for the Public Works Department of Malaysia, as well as approved trainer by HRDF, HDC, and Tabung Haji.

Elcorp Technology Sdn. Bhd. is owned and managed by Ir. Dr. Shakor Ramat A. Badaruddin, P.Eng who has vast experience in the area of civil and transportation engineering, and research after having worked in the United State of America as Engineer at Indiana Department of Transport for several years. He also has previously worked for the Public Works Department Malaysia. He is assisted by a group of competent and qualified staffs who have been trained by him to handle such projects.
